Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, messages & inquiries
Assist customers with orders and product information
Follow up on orders and customer requests
Maintain professional communication with customers
Coordinate with the team for smooth order processing

Requirements:

Good communication skills
Confident and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge
E-commerce experience will be a plus
